Sailing Ship on Sea during Daytime

Over the oceans Over the seas I’m a traveling man

I sailed the great Pacific from the land of the rising sun to the land of the free.

We sailed through sleet and ice, survived the merciless squalls and storms big and small.
In the darkest times my fellow pallets and I kept reminding us of the warm sunny coastal paradise waiting us on the other side.

I do wish we had sprung for Global Entry when we saw the line of cargo ships at the pier though.

My fellow pallets and I were surprised to see so many different pallets in one place. Pallets that didn’t look like us, pallets that were bigger and smaller, some weren’t even made out of wood like us!
We carried the heavy machinery on our backs across thousands of miles on rail.
Yes the ride was rougher than what we were used to back home but there was so much to see and take in with the vast ever changing scenery and beautiful marvels.

We pallets tend to stick together, but after the load was taken off our backs it opened up a new world we couldn’t imagine of before. Now I can enjoy the sweet aroma of coffee and motor oil.
